Will it fit my BYD?
Every product lists the exact models and build years it is cut for. Choose your model at the top of any page and we show a “Fits your car” confirmation on each product. If it doesn’t fit the BYD you told us about, we replace it or refund it.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched from Hong Kong within 1–2 working days with a tracking number. Typical delivery: Hong Kong 1–3 days, Singapore 3–6 days, Australia and New Zealand 6–12 working days, UK and Europe 7–12 working days.
Do I pay import duties?
Most accessory orders are under the duty-free thresholds for Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong. UK and EU orders may attract VAT on arrival depending on value; the carrier will contact you if so.
What is your returns policy?
Faulty or incorrect items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Because parts are model-specific, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns on opened items — so please double-check your model before ordering, or message us and we’ll confirm the fit.
